Last week, I posted about Gary Veeās $1.80 commenting strategy.
If you missed it, here's a quick recap..
The response?
Overall positive with a hint of exasperation.

If thereās one thing Iāve learned from loosely using the $1.80 strategy, itās this: thoughtful comments drive growth.
It pulls people to your profile. It builds familiarity. And itās the perfect partner to content creation.
Think of commenting as the yin to your posting yang. Striking a balance increases your visibility and expands your reach.
Here are my three takeaways after reading the feedback:
90 is obsessive.
Itās a LOFTY goal. Use the $1.80 strategy more as a guide, not a quota.
The strategy is a reminder to make daily deposits in building your community. Aim for 10 - 15 quality comments a day. Thatās attainable and sustainable.
Rumors are swirling that LinkedInās limiting comments to 30 a day per user. If that's the truth, make your comments count. Comment on content that makes you feel something. Share your ideas and opinions. Keep the conversation going.
Comments are content.
You've already done the heavy lifting by leaving a thoughtful comment, donāt let it disappear in someone elseās feed.
Collect your comments and use them later to write posts of your own.
