🍴Plant the seeds

You never know when it'll grow.

200 words ⬇️

You hit “post.”

Maybe you get a few likes. A couple of comments.

It didn’t land quite like you thought it would.

That moment can mess with your head if you let it.

But here’s the truth:

Every post is a seed.

I know that sounds cliché, but it’s true.

A while back, I wrote an article on LinkedIn.

It did fine. Nothing wild. Definitely didn’t go viral. Just... average.

Three years later, someone DM’d me.

They’d just read that piece and said it struck a chord.

When I checked the post, there was no like. No comment.

No sign they’d ever seen it.

But the seed was planted.

And when they were ready, it bloomed.

This is what most people get wrong about LinkedIn.

They expect instant results, likes, leads, and cashed checks.

That’s not how this works.

LinkedIn is a garden.

Every post. Every comment. A chance to plant something.

The more seeds you plant, the more chances something meaningful will grow.

The long-game mindset

Even the quiet posts are doing something.

They're building a library of work that future clients will discover when they’re ready.

The lesson? Keep posting. Keep commenting. Keep showing up.
