I love this question.
It gives us a chance to take a temp check on our attitude and effort — two controllables.
When we put them in focus, it helps us understand our strengths and pinpoint our weaknesses.
BUT…
You have to answer honestly.
Are you a team player?
Do you meet your deadlines?
Do you follow up on your word?
Do you think outside-of-the-box?
Do you offer solutions to problems?
Do you push yourself to learn and grow?
Do you strengthen or weaken your team's morale?
The question remains…
